How does the scheme work?

If you are already a customer of Pic Wines and have enjoyed the wines, why not recommend us to one of your friends or colleagues?

When a new customer makes a purchase via Pic Wines, whilst creating their account details they will be asked to give the email address of the customer who recommended them. If this email address corresponds to one of our customers, then the new customer and the customer making the introduction will receive FREE DELIVERY on their next order from Pic Wines.

From when does the scheme apply?

We have introduced this scheme as of 30th January 2004.

How do I know if I am entitled to FREE DELIVERY?

If one of your friends or colleagues has made a purchase from Pic Wines on your recommendation then the delivery charge will be automatically deducted from your next order. You can check if you are entitled to free delivery by consulting your Account Details.
